Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Break eggs in dish with melted butter. Add sugar, then sift flour on top of the sugar.
Beat ingredients well before adding vanilla and buttermilk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until filling is firm and crust is golden brown, 50 to 60 minutes.
