Creamy Sweet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen corn
1/4 c. half and half cream
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional)
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine corn and half and half. Stir in the butter, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Sprinkle on black pepper and serve.
