Raisin Cheesecake Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with sugar until light.
Beat until smooth. Spread mixture over baked crust and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
Return to oven and bake 30 minutes or until set in center. Cool to room temperature.
Cut into bite size squares.
Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Can be frozen.
