Spiced Fruit Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 average can pineapple chunks
    1 large can pear halves
    1 large can peach halves
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 large can whole apricots
    maraschino cherries
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain juice thoroughly from fruit but save 2 teaspoons pineapple juice.
    Arrange pineapple, pears, peaches and apricots in 2-quart casserole; add maraschino cherries to taste.
    Melt butter; add pineapple juice, ginger, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over fruit.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm.
