Lemon Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites until they hold peaks.
Mix other ingredients together.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in prepared crust at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
