Lobster Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cut-up lobster meat
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. minced onion
    2 c. light cream
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    dash of parsley flakes
    4 eggs
    9-inch pastry shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Sprinkle lobster, cheese and onion into pastry shell.
    Beat eggs.
    Pour cream into eggs.
    Add pepper and parsley flakes. Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0. Bake 35 to 40 minutes before serving.
