Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    5 or 6 big onions (3 c. minced onions in blender or 1 1/2 c. dried onions
    36 oz. tomato paste
    5 cooking spoons chili powder
    1 cooking spoon red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 gal. can red beans
    2 gal. cans chili hot beans
    3 large cans tomato juice
Preparation
    Simmer for at least an hour.
