Florida Sunshine(Fruit Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can peaches (save juice)
    1 medium can pears (save juice)
    1 medium can chunk pineapple (save juice)
    1 small can mandarin oranges (don't save juice)
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
    1 box tapioca pudding (cook type Jell-O)
    4 to 6 bananas
Preparation
    Cook pudding until thick; stir in frozen orange juice (let cool).
    Slice 4 to 6 bananas; mix with fruit.
    When pudding gets cold, put on top of fruit.
    Don't stir until you serve.
