Sausage And Sweet Potato Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. country sausage
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. stale bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Break sausage into small pieces and cook until lightly browned.
    Remove sausage from pan and set aside.
    Cook onion and celery in sausage.
    Grease until onion is transparent.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and add to sausage.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake for one hour.
    Remove cover the last 30 minutes of baking time.
