Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 ripe bananas
 
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in little hot water
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts, in small pieces
Preparation
- 
                            Mix oleo and sugar together. Add bananas; cut in thin slices. Mix until blended. Add eggs and buttermilk. Beat in flour, soda and nuts. Pour in greased bread pans. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Freezes well.
