Lemon Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 lemon, rind and juice
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix butter, powdered sugar and 2 cups flour like pie dough. Pat into ungreased pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
While crust is baking, mix eggs (unbeaten), rind and juice, sugar and 4 tablespoons flour.
Mix well and pour into hot crust.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Remove from oven and while still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
If out of lemons, 6 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt equals whole lemon.
