Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring water and margarine to rolling boil.
Simmer.
Add flour with dry mustard.
Stir over low heat until mix pulls from side of pot.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Mix in grated Cheddar cheese.
