Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    cooked pasta
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice chicken and cook in skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from skillet. Heat olive oil in skillet (remove heat). Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, sugar and cilantro. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add chicken back to skillet and mushrooms. Serve over pasta of your choice and add salt and pepper to taste.
