Light Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water in medium bowl. Add Bisquick and milk and mix until dough forms.
    On a surface dusted with baking mix, smooth into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick; cut with a 2-inch cutter, dipped in baking mix.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 9 to 11 biscuits.
