Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 medium diced onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 qt. tomato juice
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, onion and half the tomato juice.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Place in baking dish.
    Pour remaining tomato juice over the meat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Very good cold and slices well.
