Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. corn flakes, crumbled
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Mix cereal crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
    Place skin side up in ungreased baking pan.
    Pour remaining butter over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
    Serves 4.
