Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
    12 flour tortillas
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. Colby cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Drain fat. In another large pan, mix the milk, olives, chilies, sauce and soup and bring to a boil.
    Add meat and mix together.
    Remove from heat.
