Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat the eggs with milk and add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
    Set out to room temperature before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set in the middle.
    Cover with foil the first 45 minutes.
    Serves 7 to 8.
