Christmas Nut Thin Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter together, mix well.
    Add well beaten eggs, sift in flour and salt, add nuts and vanilla.
    Mix until smooth and light.
    Drop on greased baking sheet.
    Space well apart.
    Place half nut meat in center of each cookie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
