Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered and drained
    1 double pie crust (Pillsbury)
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl mix eggs and Parmesan cheese.
    Saute one small onion. Add artichokes and slightly brown.
    Remove from pan with slotted spoon.
    Place into raw pie shell.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Top with Mozzarella.
    Cover with second pie crust.
    Slit crust lightly. Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
