Potato Pancakes(Potato Latkes Are Eaten During Hanukkah.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 c. diced raw potatoes, scrubbed, not peeled
    1 small onion, quartered
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender container in order listed. Cover and run on high speed just until all potatoes go through blades, about 10 seconds.
    Do not overblend or potatoes will be liquified.
    Pour small amount onto a hot greased griddle or frypan. Fry until brown on both sides, turning once. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
