Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce (broken into bite size pieces)
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
    1/2 bell pepper (diced)
    2 to 3 spring onions with tops (chopped)
    6 radishes (sliced)
    1 #303 can LeSueur English peas (drained)
    1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
Preparation
    Use 1/2 of each ingredient, layer in a large bowl with airtight cover.
    Repeat layers.
