Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. English walnuts
1/2 c. red candied cherries
1/2 c. green candied cherries
1/2 c. raisins
7 oz. dates
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line loaf pan with waxed paper.
Put fruit and nuts in bowl. Do not cut up or chop.
Mix together dry ingredients; sift over fruit and nuts.
Mix well.
Beat eggs; add vanilla.
Add to first mixture.
Stir until well coated.
Bake at 300\u00b0
for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 10 minutes.
Remove waxed paper.
