Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Fluff together dry ingredients with whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on griddle until brown and before bubbles burst on top before turning. Turn only once. This batter is thick and they are light delicious pancakes! Add blueberries, if desired.
