Linguini With Broccoli And Bay Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguini
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    3/4 bag frozen broccoli or 1 whole fresh bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 lb. bay scallops
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook linguini according to package directions.
    Drain and toss with 1/2 stick butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat 1 stick butter in a large frypan.
    Add garlic and broccoli.
    Cook until crisp-tender.
    Add scallops, pepper and salt.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Spoon over the linguini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 6.
