Charlotte'S Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    cooking oil
    heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 shakes garlic salt
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
Preparation
    In a 1-cup Pyrex measuring cup add wine and soy sauce.
    Fill the measuring cup to the top with cooking oil.
    In a blender, blend the white wine, soy sauce and oil mixture with mustard, garlic salt and dehydrated onion flakes.
    Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in covered pan. Grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
