Pineapple Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. super moist carrot cake mix
Preparation

Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
Spoon pineapple over brown sugar, spreading evenly. Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan. Cool for 10 minutes.
Invert on serving plate.
Cool completely.
