Congealed Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1/2 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. chopped almonds
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve over hot water.
    Cool slightly and stir into mayonnaise.
    Add all other ingredients, except cream, and mix well.
    Whip the cream and fold into mixture.
