Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 bananas
nuts
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pineapple and juice with flour and sugar. Cook in double boiler until thick. Stir almost constantly. Let cool. Cut bananas over the cooled pie shell. Sprinkle nuts over bananas. Spread pineapple mixture over bananas and nuts. Spread Cool Whip over top of pie and sprinkle on nuts. Chill.
