Taiwanese Style Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
4 c. water
1 medium onion
1 1/2 c. cabbage
1 1/2 lb. pork (or ham, chicken, shrimp, beef or duck)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 eggs
dash of milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium green pepper
4 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. celery salt
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Cook rice in 4 cups water.
Scramble eggs, milk and salt and pepper; set aside.
Chop onion, cabbage, green pepper and meat into 1/2-inch cubes or smaller.
Fry veggies in oleo for 1 minute. Add pork, stirring constantly.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until pork is done.
If too much liquid, drain off most.
Add Accent, celery and garlic salt and soy sauce.
Add rice; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Add eggs and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Enjoy.
