Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
6 peeled peaches
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix butter in dry ingredients with pastry mixer until crumbly. Pat mixture into 8-inch square pan half way up sides.
Slice peaches.
Place in pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then pour slightly beaten eggs and sour cream on top.
Bake 30 minutes more.
Good hot or cold.
