Oregano Cheddar Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
5 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. minced oregano (4 if fresh)
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir together the yeast and two cups of the flour in large mixing bowl.
Heat together the remaining ingredients (except rest of flour) until lukewarm.
Add to flour-yeast mixture.
Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
