Shredded Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (4 lb.)
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place beef in Dutch oven.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 5 hours, turning beef occasionally.
    Take out of oven and shred beef with fork.
