Fudge Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup margarine in milk over low heat in heavy saucepan.
    Stir in nuts and set aside.
    Cream 1 cup margarine and sugars.
    Mix in eggs.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Press two-thirds of mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread with chocolate mixture.
    Spread remaining mixture evenly over chocolate.
    Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes 60 bars.
