Chocolate Pie Almandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Amaretto or other flavored liqueur
    1 baked 8-inch pastry shell or graham cracker crust
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup milk and whipped topping mix in a chilled mixing bowl; beat on high speed of electric mixer for 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
    Add pudding mix, salt, 1/2 cup milk and Amaretto.
    Beat at high speed of electric mixer 2 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
    Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with almonds.
    Chill 3 or 4 hours.
