Pat'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken parts
flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. crisp celery, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
dash of garlic salt
Preparation
-
Roll chicken parts in flour.
Brown in oil or butter. Combine all other ingredients and pour over browned chicken in a pan.
Cover and simmer over med-low heat for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
