Salmon Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans boneless salmon
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
pinch of horseradish
Preparation

In a large bowl, blend all together.
Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.
Yields 2 cups of spread.
