Pineapple Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

10 graham crackers (2/3 c.)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
3/4 c. rich milk (1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1/4 c. water)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Roll crackers fine; reserve 3 tablespoons of crumbs for top of pie.
Mix remainder with softened butter and sugar.
Press the mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of well buttered pie tin.
