Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. chicken livers
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute chicken livers in margarine on low heat.
    Drain off margarine.
    Set oven to 325\u00b0.
    Wrap each chicken liver with a slice of raw bacon.
    Pin, using a toothpick.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until bacon is crisp.
    Serve on bed of lettuce with spicy brown mustard as a garnish.
