Velvet Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla; blend well.
    Measure dry ingredients together; add to the sugar mixture and mix well.
    Roll dough the size of a walnut.
    Dip in sugar and press down with a fork.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
