Ham And Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leftover ham and bone
2 to 3 c. navy beans, dry
4 qt. water
1 onion
5 to 6 carrots
6 potatoes
Preparation
-
Boil ham and beans for 2 hours.
Add water as needed.
Add onion, carrots and cut up potatoes.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
