Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1/4 green pepper
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Brown onion and ground beef in a skillet.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain any excess grease.
Add mushroom soup and diced pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Add one dollop of sour cream to each plate when served.
For a crowd, double or triple.
Simple and tasty.
