Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast with water then add cottage cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients except flour.
    Add to yeast mixture then add flour.
    Make a stiff dough.
    Beat well - do not use electric mixer.
    Let rise 50 - 60 minutes in warm place until dough is light and doubled in size; stir down.
    Turn into well-greased bread pan.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
