Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple slices (15 1/4 oz.), drained (save juice)
brown sugar
butter
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Place pineapple rings in bottom of rectangle cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot each ring with butter.
Using the drained pineapple juice as part of the liquid, prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over pineapple rings.
Bake as directed on box.
Cool.
Turn right side up on large platter.
Top with whipped topping before serving.
