Lebanese Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head large cabbage, chopped
3 or 4 garlic toes, crushed
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Combine all but cabbage and pour over chopped cabbage and mix. Leave out of refrigerator for a day.
