Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 4 minutes, then drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with crushed saltine crackers and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
