Pork Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut into strips 1/2-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown pork pieces and oil in a skillet.
    Drain on a paper towel.
    Put pork and remaining ingredients in crock-pot and cover. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serves 2 to 3 people.
