Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten well
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 jars junior baby carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes, or until cake springs back at touch.
