Shrimp With Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 to 4 scallions
    1/4 c. frozen peas
    1 large can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch and enough cold water to make a paste
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan.
    Saute diced onion until soft, but not brown.
    Add shrimp and garlic and saute until pink (2 to 3 minutes).
    Remove shrimp with slotted spoon.
