Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. carrots, chopped fine
green olives
Preparation
-
Dissolve Jell-O in square serving dish. Add pineapple, celery and carrots. Top with sliced olives. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into servings. Serve on shredded lettuce.
